Decentralized Ventilation
Turbovex TX 3000 is a newly developed concept for the replacement of air in workshops, industrial halls and warehouses, etc.The ventilation unit is installed through the roof using just a single duct without the connection of extra pipes. The unit can be extended as and when needed, and can thereby also be used in buildings where the replacement of air is to be LED through an inner ceiling. The system is installed with 2 low-energy fans which supply the room with fresh air whilst simultaneously extracting the used air and leading it to the high-performance, rotating heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is used to transfer the energy from the exhaust air to the injection air, thereby ensuring that the new air has a comfortable temperature.Internal automatic closing vents prevent draughts when the unit is not running.Installation costs are very low in relation to conventional centralised systems as there is no need to install extra pipes, roof caps or distributing valves. The injection system, which exploits the coanda effect, distributes the air to all corners of the room whilst at the same time redistributing the hot air that accumulates just under the roof, thereby utilising this energy that would otherwise be wasted. The TX 3000 is supplied with a digital control unit with data control.Furthermore the system are supplied with details as:- Programmable weekly time switch with up to 10 timers- Timer function with extension of running time- Auto. Reduction of airflow in the event of low outdoor temperature- Background ventilation- KeylockThe control unit is also primed for demand-controlled ventilation via the connection of a CO2 sensor or motion detector (PIR) , CTS control via 0-10 V signal, and network connection of several systems via PC.For further information please visit our homepage
