Before I joined DELUXE SPAS,I was a sales manager of another spa company as well,why I left that company was caused by the reliability of spa.Endless complaint everyday! 90% of our buyers gone after 6-12 months` cooperation.How could a busiess survive?If a distributor choose a supplier that just has low price but bad reliability,after 6-12 months` cooperation,the distributor will run into terrible situation,crack,leakage,electronic problem,...,too many complaints from the end user,you have to pay lots of money to offer free maintenance under 2 years` warranty! Your maintenance guys have to drive their car,across the borders of several provinces just to fix the leakage of a air jet!!!
