Simple Belt Filter Press
The belt filter press has gone through a fine and studied evolution program along the years. The units are a more economical solution when compared to other dehydration systems, but being as well a full potential solution in optional results according to each case and involved requirements. Different models with high performance results have been designed by tefsa in order to achieve a maximum dryness and operation results with this filtration alternative; in such way our high pressure units are in many applications the best economical-technical solutions even when compared on a long term with other dehydration systems.The modern tefsa belt filter presses are available in different executions classified by pressure ranges, belt widths (capacities) and performance level. Tefsa designs and manufactures a complete product range to satisfy all necessities and requirements, from small loa pressure units with only 0. 5 meter belt width to big high pressure units with 3. 0 meter belt width, and all combinations possibilities.The units consist of the main frame according the model, the rollers set which vary in number depending on the model, the filter belts, and other components suce as filtrate collectors, scrapers, drums set, etc.The frame is carefully manufactured and protected based on the destination environment (standard steel and epoxy painted, galvanized steel, stainless steel or special executions) .The rollers are always rilsan coated, being the drums in stainless steel. Also the bearings and supports are protected with rilsan coating.The belts have a variety of materials according to the filtration necessities provided by our own confection center to provide the client with the best global service.
