1. Usage:It is suitable for BOPP,PET, CPP, PVCD, OPP, PE, al-plated film, al-tissue and other compound film and paper. Its mechanical speed is70m/min.2. Main driving device: The main driving device adopts AC vetor frequency inverter.The speed of heat-beat and anilox roller can be adjusted so that to assure the tightness and looseness for the films in the oven channels.3. Film feeding device: Unwinder 1and 2 adopt photoelectric correction deviation device and manual tension controlling by use of powder clutch.4. Anilox roller: By use of doctor blade to control the amount of glue. The doctor blade is controlled by use of pneumatic cylinders to adjust pressure so the amount of glude can be changed freely.5. Structure of drying oven channel: The temperature in the oven chanel is controlled automatically and the hot air inside the oven is circled automatically.6. Compound heat beat and pressure roller device: Compound heat beat and press roller device are heated throuth the hot oil to make the temperature of the heat beat even and to save power. pressure roller is controlled by dual air cylinder so the pressure is adjusted freely.7. Rewinding unit : The rewinding unit is driven by torque motor for easy roll changing and easy tension adjustment.
