Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate is an antibacterial feed additive, which is used for increasing rate ofweight gain and improving the efficiency of geed utilization in poultry andswine. Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate is active to prevent and control of different forms of enterities in poultry and swine and especially active against Clostridia Perfringens ,the causative agent of necrotic enteritis.However, Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate does not grossly affect the total mumber of bacteria,it just reduces the number of harmful bacteria,while allowing the beneficial bacteria to thrive.
