It locates at Shenhan Building; Jinshajiang Road, Shanghai, China .It is subsidiary companies include Shanghai Chunxu Mould Industrial Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Chunyang Roto-molding Co., Ltd.We assemble the product design, the mold manufacture, and the product production into a body. We have gone through the international quality system of ISO 9001-2000 in 2001. Our company has been one of the members of the first passel Chinese rotational molding association.Our factory locates inside Huating Industrial Zone, Shanghai. The registered capital is more than USD 1.35 million .The area of the factory is up to 17500 Square meters; the total investment achieves USD 4.1 million. It owns over 200 labors. We own more than 50 sets of high-tech equipments, such as imported CNC, digital miller, electrical sparkle, linear cutting and so on. We have 6 sets of full-automatic rotational molding machines in the process center.Our rotational moulds and plastic products widely apply in the airplane, automobile, war industry, chemical industry, gardening, and electrical appliances and so on. Up to now, 70% of our products are exported to the countries and reigns of Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Australia and so on.All the prducts we produced adopt the craft of rotational molding.We use the South Korean modern LLDPE plastic material. The pigment material is imported from foreign countries ,and equals the food class. Wooden pattern workshop, 4 processing centers, 6 digital linear cutters, 5 digital controlled millers, and so on, are all located in our factory.3, working in making aluminum roto-mould and molding plastic parts many years, makes us accumulated experience of handing and resolving various difficulty in structure and accuracy.4, we have R&D department. They can deal with tech-drawings composed by pro-engineer, cad, solid works, Epigraphic(meagerly), and Master cam.5, generally, our lead time in making mould is 35 days. It varies per to the design of mould.6, roto-molding OEM service.
