Italian oil mill, established 15 years ago, produces high quality extra virgin olive oil.The farm, which is located in Palagonia (Sicily), has a structure of 3000 sq m with olive oil processing and bottling machinery; it also has over 3000 recent olive trees put together with as many ancient ones.The mill extracts oil by cold pressing; this allows to keep the characteristics of the olives unaltered, thus producing an olive oil of excellent quality.
