Its premises cover an area of 1000 square meters surrounded by lush green citrus groves that yield the fruit used for production.The company produces:- Lemon liqueur- Citrus Fruits liqueur- Orange liqueur- Tangerine liqueur.This family-run business is equipped with highly advanced production systems and its philosophy is to cherish and preserve ancient Sicilian traditions with the products typical of this area, namely citrus fruit. The ultimate goal is to capture the perfume and exalt the quality, naturalness and fragrance of this land embraced by the sea and kissed by the sun. The company pays utmost attention to every detail to offer select products to achieve a perfect blend between elegance and taste. The citrus fruit used to produce its liqueurs are not treated with chemical fertilizers to guarantee the product`s freshness and naturalness just like in the old days.Faithful to ancient traditions, the citrus fruit is hand-picked by workers who have dedicated their lives to cultivating the land. The experience they gained over the years makes them true experts of the whole ripening process of citrus fruit. The picking is all done by hand, because this is the only possible way to carefully choose the citrus fruit used in our liqueurs. Once the fruit of our lands are picked, they are taken on the same day to the production premises to be thoroughly washed. Thanks to the special machinery available at the production site, the fruit is perfectly peeled. The peels thus obtained are then dipped in neutral alcohol and left to macerate for a period of time, which varies greatly depending on how ripe the citrus fruit is. After maceration, the infusion is mixed only with water and the best sugars available on the market to obtain the desired alcoholic content.
