Veneer Roller Dryer
The Jet Ventilated Automatic Roller Track Veneer Dryer are available in two different models and made of different Sections & Decks on the the basis of production requirement. The machine is 4600 MM in roller length of 110 MM roller diameter and having Compact Drying Chambers, Cooling Section & Single Roller Veneer Feeding Deck, fitted with balanced Aluminum Propellers, Heating Coils, Double Jet Nozzles for top & bottom of each deck throughout the length of the dryer and complete with Motors, Starters, Dynodrive (Infinitely Variable Speed Unit), Temperature Indicator, Chain and Gear Box. The entire outside covering of the dryer is perfectly insulated with heat resisting insulated layer of 100 mm thick all round.Standard Sizes of the Jet Dryers: are 8section 3 Deck, 6 Section 3 Deck, 5 Section 3 Deck. 4 Deck Dryer also available on request.
