We can give offer for copper cathode1. Commodity-copper cathodes plates2. Quantity: per contract maximum quantity 500MT-5000 mtons per month X 12 months.3. Origin of copper: Zambia / Congo4. Payment terms: confirm irrevocable divisible lc (sblc, dlc or BG only)5. Price: 4800 / -PMT at Loading port1) payment at discharging port usd5, 200 / -per M. ton (50% of shipment value to be paid at loading port & remaining 50% to be paid at discharging port)2) spot shipment payment at port of loading usd5, 400 / -per M. ton CIF, aswp3) non-transferable lc 100% at sight USD 150 / -per M. ton extra add the above price CIF, aswp (min qty for this is 3, 000 mtons per shipment)4. Pbg 1% of seller`s price for per shipment lc payment & 2% pbg for revolving lc payment5. Port only port visit during loading of your shipment. (one rep per contract, at buyer risk and expenses6. Inspection seller will do sgs inspection at seller cost at port of loading. If buyer wants CCIC inspection, than buyer must arrange for this at buyer`s own expenses7. Procedure refer to attached LOI for procedureThere is no negotiation on payment terms, all lc must be confirm lc. Do note that seller only deals with top 50 world banks for lc payment
