Hermetically Sealed Oil-Immersed Transformer
Features:1) The edges of the oil tank are welded with stainless steel with Haihong`sdesign patent (Patent no.: 00322141.5). The edges reinforce themechanical strength, rust prevention, magnet prevention and polishedappearance2) The tank is equipped with Haihong`s patented accessory YWJ oil levelgauge, which is of reasonable design, direct display, and thoroughlysolves the problems such as oil level, working temperature, pressurerelief and oil conservation. (Patent no.: 0121516159.9)3) The oil tank and clampingpiece are rust-removed, acid-cleaned andpaint-coated for several times. Using the imported special antirust paintprevents desquamation and depigmentation. The clamping screws are ofstainless steel and will never get rusty4) The stainless steel welded edges are rust preventive, as well as agingpreventive for the gaskets5) The gaskets are made by the 41st Research Institute of the FourthAcademy of China Airspace Corp. The gaskets are of drip molding withthe surface specially treated to ensure hermetization and reliability6) The magnetic core consists of imported oriental crystal laminations witha very low loss factor.
