K2 series motor is developed from K series motor, and it inherits the advantages of K series motor. It has beautiful appearance with vertical and horizontal cooling panel on the frame, and with elaborate casting parts. With large space in terminal box, it is convenient to connect with the supply. It is running economically in wide load range because it has a flat efficiency curve. It has low noise and vibration. The performances and mounting dimensions meet IEC60034-1, so it can be used in a large area in the world. Protection class is IP54, so it can protect the motor well from the damage of dust and water. Insulation class is different according to the different frame size: class E for frame 80 - 112M; class B for frame 132S - 180M; and class F for frame 180L - 315M. At the same time, the corresponding insulation material and magnetic wire are used for the different insulation class motors, so the reliability for the motor is high. Compact design gives more output in a smaller frame, so it is lighter and more economic than traditional motor. Rotor uses special lamination slot and aluminum casting process to give the motor a higher start torque and lower inertia, so the motor starts faster.
