Our company also has ability to design and fabricate highpressure die, tooling and fixture ourselves. In addition, our company has more than 60 professionals who are specialize in machine design, CAE analysis, tooling design, control technology. At present, our company has developed more than 50 models of automotive chassis' hydroforming project. And also there are 10 sets of hydroforming prodction lines have already been independent reserched and built by ourselves.Our current production capacity is 4 million sets of annual and has already provided more than 3 million sets of hydroforming products to our main customer like GREAT WALL, BYD, GEELY, GM automotive chassis company such as vertical arms, torsion beam etc in China.
