Superbooty is a trademarked brand name known to hundreds of thousands of people in california. The brand originates from a music production company and musical act that has grossed over $1. 2m since 1995. The company is now developing a line of consumer products including fashion apparel, cosmetics and several others. We are initially looking to produce a line of nail polish that features a custom shaped bottle. We would like to do a short production run to test market the concept, perhaps one thousand bottles. If our designs are successful we will mass produce the product and develop other cosmetics like lip gloss and eye shadow. We need to ensure confidentiality with our concept and are looking for a supplier that can guarantee our designs will be protected. Since we are a startup we are looking for flexible financing options if they are available. If possible we are also interested in finding a supplier who would be willing to produce the samples at low or no cost in exchange for equity in the venture or an exclusive production agreement, so if the products are successful, the supplier gets all the future business.
